Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer queries via email and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
Assist customers with questions related to products, accounts, services, and general support requests.
Ensure every interaction delivers a positive and helpful customer experience.
Accurately record customer conversations and updates in the CRM system.
Identify complex issues and escalate them to the appropriate team when required.
Maintain high performance standards including response time, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
Skills & Qualifications
Excellent written communication skills in English with strong grammar and clarity.
Previous experience in customer support or non-voice process is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong problem-solving ability with a customer-first mindset.
Ability to manage multiple conversations and tasks simultaneously.
Comfortable working with CRM tools, email platforms, and chat systems.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
