We're looking for a detail-oriented Production Coordinator to manage end-to-end production — from order to delivery — ensuring our clients consistently receive high-quality furniture. You'll plan production schedules, monitor timelines, run quality checks, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate closely with our design, sales, and manufacturing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan production schedules across vendors (carpentry, polishing, upholstery, metal work)
- Coordinate vendor commissioning meetings and prepare job orders
- Update production trackers daily and manage material requisitioning (hardware, glass, etc.)
- Monitor the production line daily; ensure smooth workflow
- Conduct quality inspections during and after production
- Coordinate finish samples, logistics, deliveries, and site installations
- Track and resolve post-delivery issues
- Support product costing, site visits, client meetings, and photoshoots
- Assist marketing with photo/video content and market research
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in engineering, production management, furniture design, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in furniture production or a related field
- Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong written and spoken English; basic spoken Hindi
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable on the shop floor
- Strong team player with high ethical standards
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of materials and production methods
- Photography skills; proficiency in Adobe Photoshop or AutoCAD
- Strong design sensibility
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
