- Manage complete bodyshop operations including denting, painting, and accident repairs
- Conduct regular review meetings with bodyshop team (advisors, technicians, painters)
- Ensure proper job allocation to technicians and monitor workflow for timely delivery
- Oversee damage assessment, repair estimation, and approval processes
- Coordinate with insurance companies for survey, approvals, and claim settlements
- Ensure high-quality repair work to avoid repeat jobs and customer complaints
- Handle customer escalations related to accident repairs and insurance claims
- Monitor bodyshop revenue, labour sales, paint materials, and profitability
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
