Job Summary:
Responsible for promoting the company's products, handling customer inquiries, providing technical support, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new customer opportunities.
- Meet customers to understand their requirements.
- Prepare and submit quotations and proposals.
- Provide technical product information and support.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and dispatch teams.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and orders.
- Maintain customer records and sales documentation.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Support product demonstrations and presentations when required.
Experience:
- 0–3 years of experience in Sales or Marketing preferred.
Skills Required:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Technical understanding of manufacturing products.
- Problem-solving and customer service skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
