We are looking for a dedicated HR Executive to manage our company’s recruiting, learning and development, and employee performance programs. The ideal candidate will act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners. Your main goal is to ensure our HR department operates efficiently and aligns with our overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Source candidates, conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews, and manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a primary point of contact for employee grievances and provide guidance on company policies and labor laws.
- Payroll & Benefits: Assist in payroll processing, manage employee insurance plans, and oversee leave management systems.
- Performance Management: Coordinate annual performance reviews and assist managers in developing employee improvement plans.
- Documentation: Maintain digital and physical employee records (contracts, tax forms, and personal files) ensuring full compliance with data privacy regulations.
Pay: ₹10,851.84 - ₹33,133.79 per month
