The Role:
TechnoEdge is looking for a senior enterprise sales professional to own new business acquisition for our learning content and digital learning portfolio.
This is a pure new business role. You will prospect, engage, and close enterprise clients independently — from first conversation to signed contract. No account farming. No team management. Full revenue ownership.
What You Will Own:
End-to-end enterprise sales cycle — prospecting, discovery, solution positioning, proposal, negotiation, closure
New logo acquisition and quarterly revenue targets
Pipeline creation and CRM hygiene across all active opportunities
Executive relationships at CHRO, CLO, L&D Head, and Talent leadership levels
Who We Are Looking For:
You currently work or have recently worked in enterprise sales at a learning content, e-Learning, or talent development company. You have sold custom eLearning, digital learning solutions, microlearning, or learning consulting services to mid-to-large enterprises. You understand how L&D buying decisions are made, and you have the relationships and credibility to open doors at the right level.
Specifically, you bring:
5-7 years total experience; minimum 4 years in enterprise learning sales
A clean track record of new logo acquisition and consistent quota achievement
Comfort engaging CHROs, CLOs, L&D Heads, and Procurement in complex sales cycles
Commercial sharpness - you understand deal structures, pricing, and value-based selling
CRM discipline and reliable forecasting as a standard work habit, not an afterthought
Strong professional network within the L&D and corporate training ecosystem
