About the Role
MyScaai Bharat Construction Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Architect to lead the architectural design and execution of premium residential and commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong design expertise, technical knowledge, project management skills, and the ability to lead a team of architects and designers while ensuring quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of residential, villa, apartment, and commercial projects.
- Prepare and review concept designs, schematic drawings, detailed architectural drawings, and construction documentation.
- Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and provide design solutions.
- Lead design presentations and obtain client approvals.
- Coordinate with Structural, MEP, Interior Design, and Project Execution teams.
- Ensure all architectural drawings comply with local building by-laws, NBC standards, and statutory regulations.
- Review and approve working drawings, shop drawings, and material specifications.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure execution as per approved drawings.
- Resolve technical and design-related issues during project execution.
- Guide and mentor Junior Architects, Interior Designers, and 3D Visualizers.
- Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure projects are delivered within budget, quality standards, and timelines.
- Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and design documentation.
- Support value engineering initiatives to optimize project costs without compromising quality.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch).
- Registration with the Council of Architecture (COA) is preferred.
Experience
- 10–15+ years of experience in architectural design and project execution.
- Proven experience in residential, villa, apartment, and commercial construction projects.
- Experience in leading architecture teams within a construction or real estate company is preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Experience handling projects from concept design through completion.
- Thorough knowledge of building regulations, approvals, and construction documentation.
- Excellent coordination with site execution and multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to interact confidently with clients and stakeholders.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.

Pay: ₹19,739.93 - ₹72,939.23 per month
