Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Explain product varieties, ingredients, and special offers.
- Recommend products based on customer preferences.
- Handle billing, cash, UPI, card, and other payment transactions accurately.
- Pack sweets and gift boxes neatly according to company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the sales counter.
- Ensure products are properly displayed and replenished.
- Monitor stock levels and inform the supervisor about low inventory.
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints politely.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and company policies.
- Assist in opening and closing store activities.
Required Qualifications
- SSLC/PUC or any equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in retail, food, or counter sales is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Basic computer and billing/POS knowledge is an advantage.

- Good communication in Kannada (English/Hindi is an added advantage)

Working Hours
- Rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- One weekly off as per company policy.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
