Are you a confident communicator who loves talking to people? We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Telecallers to join our growing team at our prime office in Janakpuri District Centre. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them understand our products/services and converting potential leads into successful sales.
Both freshers with excellent communication skills and experienced candidates are welcome to apply!
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to pre-qualified leads and introduce our products/services.
- Understand customer requirements and guide them to the right solution.
- Achieve daily/weekly talk-time and call targets.
- Maintain a clean database by updating customer interaction details in our CRM system.
- Follow up with prospective clients to close deals and maximize conversions
What We Are Looking For
- Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) required; Graduation preferred.
- Language: Fluent in Hindi; conversational or basic English is a strong plus.
- Skills: Strong communication, active listening, and convincing skills.
- Mindset: Positive attitude, target-oriented, and resilient against rejections.
- Experience: 0–2 years (Prior experience in BPO, telecalling, or sales is an advantage, but not mandatory).
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
