HIRING – QUALITY ENGINEER
Location: Kuruli, Pune
Position: Quality Engineer
Experience: 2–4 Years
Industry: Manufacturing / Automation / Engineering
Job Responsibilities:
- Inspect and ensure quality of incoming, in-process, and finished products
- Prepare and maintain quality inspection reports and documentation
- Handle customer and internal quality issues effectively
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective & preventive actions
- Coordinate with Production, Design, Purchase and PPC teams for quality-related issues
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and company procedures
- Perform dimensional inspection using measuring instruments
- Monitor rejection, rework and quality improvement activities
- Support continuous improvement and process quality initiatives
Candidate Profile:
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in Quality Engineering
- Good knowledge of quality inspection and manufacturing processes
- Hands-on knowledge of measuring instruments and quality documentation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Experience in Automation / Manufacturing / Packaging Machinery / Material Handling / SPM will be preferred
