Barista – Demould, Rohini
Location: Rohini, Delhi
Experience: Fresher / Up to 1 year
Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹17,000/month

Preference: Candidates from North/West Delhi
Role: An all-rounder store position. You will handle coffee, billing, customer service, and store upkeep — and also actively sell our cakes and desserts, not just coffee.
What you'll do:
- Prepare coffee and other beverages, take orders
- Recommend cakes, pastries, and desserts to customers — upsell and cross-sell
- Handle billing and POS
- Keep the store clean and presentable
- Check stock and inform the team when items are running low
- Talk to customers in a friendly and professional manner
Requirements:
- Good communication skills
- Customer-friendly, pleasant attitude
- Basic sense of hygiene and grooming
- Willingness to learn — coffee training will be provided
- Minimum 12th pass
