Job Title: HR Executive

About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and performance-driven HR Executive for our head office in Goregaon. Beyond standard administrative duties, this role functions as a key driver of workforce productivity, statutory audit readiness, employee relations, and cross-departmental HR operations. The ideal candidate will take complete ownership of talent acquisition, employee offboarding, compliance audits, training execution, vendor administration, and IT onboarding coordination.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition, Hiring & Onboarding
- Drive end-to-end recruitment for technical (Printing, Pre-Press, Maintenance) and support (Sales, Admin, Stores) roles, maintaining a 30-day time-to-fill target.
- Source candidates directly to minimize third-party recruitment agency dependency and manage recruitment vendor portal subscriptions.
- Draft offer letters, calculate salary breakdowns/CTC structures, and seek upper management approvals.
- Facilitate multimedia orientation programs and coordinate with IT/Logistics for new hire assets (laptops, email IDs, SIM cards) prior to Day 1.
2. Employee Relations, Disciplinary Action & Separation
- Manage full offboarding workflows, including resignation processing, notice period verification (30–90 days by grade), and Full & Final (F&F) settlement approvals.
- Handle employee grievances, draft and issue formal Warning Letters/Final Warnings, and monitor behavioral improvement timelines.
3. Audit & HR Compliance Leadership
- Ensure zero policy deviations and maintain 100% accuracy in soft/hard copy employee records and KYC documents.
- Standardize and implement HR policies and SOPs to align with ISO 9001, FSC, and SEDEX audit standards.
- Execute visual compliance initiatives across facilities to maximize policy awareness.
4. Training & Cross-Departmental Coordination
- Drive and follow up with technical department heads (Prepress, Printing, QC, Laminate) to design and launch internal training programs.
- Coordinate emergency response training sessions including Fire Evacuation, First Aid/CPR, and ERT drills.
- Conduct communication skills modules and compliance SOP training while tracking employee training hours (minimum 10+ hours/year).
5. Statutory & Contract Manpower Operations
- Oversee third-party labor vendors, verifying monthly attendance and resolving invoice discrepancies.
- Conduct regular audits of vendor statutory registers (PF, ESIC, Wages) to ensure 100% legal compliance.
6. Employee Engagement & Culture
- Plan and execute engagement calendars featuring cultural celebrations, health/safety initiatives, and recognition programs.
- Conduct post-event feedback surveys to maintain active workplace participation (targeting ≥80% satisfaction).
Key Requirements
- Education: Graduate (BA/BBA) or Post Graduate (MBA/PGDM) in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on experience in HR Generalist or Operations roles, ideally within a manufacturing or packaging environment.
- Core Skills:
- End-to-end recruitment, offer generation, and separation/F&F management.
- Familiarity with Indian labor laws, statutory compliance (PF/ESIC), and audit frameworks (ISO/FSC/SEDEX).
- Experience handling employee relations, formal disciplinary documentation, and grievance resolution.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset with strong English verbal and written communication skills.
- High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS tools.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
