The role focuses on creating engaging visuals for product listings, Amazon A+ content, and performance marketing. You will work closely with SEO and PPC teams, follow structured workflows, and ensure brand consistency. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, eager to learn, and proficient in design tools and creative execution.

Key Responsibilities:
Design Creation & Execution
- Develop visually appealing creatives for product images, Amazon A+ content, PPC banners, and ad creatives following brand guidelines.
- Ensure proper implementation of design elements and layouts under supervision.
- Ensure all design outputs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency.
Collaboration with SEO & PPC Teams
- Work closely with SEO specialists to align designs with search optimization strategies.
- Coordinate with PPC teams to optimize ad creatives for performance-driven marketing.
- Understand and apply SEO-based design principles.
- Provide design support for campaign A/B testing.
Market & Competitor Research
- Analyze competitor designs to understand industry trends and improve design quality.
- Maintain awareness of market preferences and best practices.
- Keep a repository of reference designs for future inspiration.
- Adapt existing templates based on competitor research findings.
Process Adherence & Workflow Management
- Follow structured workflows for Product images, Amazon A+, and PPC creatives.
- Ensure timely execution of tasks and meet project deadlines.
- Maintain version control and track changes for ongoing projects.
- Document and organize all design revisions systematically.
Technical Proficiency
- Use Photoshop, Illustrator, and other necessary design tools efficiently.
- Follow best practices for design consistency, color accuracy, and high-quality output.
Learning & Skill Development
- Continuously improve design skills and stay updated with new design tools and trends.
- Participate in internal training sessions and self-learning to enhance proficiency.
File Management & Submission
- Properly save, organize, and upload final design files in shared drives.
- Ensure correct naming conventions and structured folder management.
- Archive older versions for easy reference.
- Maintain a clear handover system for project continuity.
Basic Creative Problem Solving
- Learn to adapt designs based on feedback from senior designers and team leads.
- Work on refining rejected designs for alternative use.
