What this job involves
Delivery of Client Satisfaction
Ensuring all the KPI’s are met
Managing the team on daily basis and addressing the issue
Managing the vendor to run the smooth operation and reporting the issue time to time
Monitoring the daily operations and reporting
Achieving Safety aspects
Ensuring all the safety parameters are monitored and reported
Ensuring all the operational regulatory parameters are met
Ensuring all the firms specified operational safety parameters are met
Ensuring no deviation on firm’s contractual compliance are met, i.e., Trainings, and on boarding process etc.
Ensuring deviations or non-compliance are reported.
