Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer calls, emails, and chats.
- Understand customer needs and recommend products/services.
- Convert leads and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Resolve queries and maintain customer records in CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
