We are looking for an experienced Collection Manager to lead and manage the collections team, ensure target achievement, and maintain compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily collection operations and team performance
- Monitor targets, recovery, and productivity metrics
- Handle escalations and critical cases
- Ensure adherence to RBI and company compliance guidelines
- Train, motivate, and guide Team Leaders and agents
- Prepare MIS reports and performance analysis
- Maintain discipline, attendance, and process efficiency
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
