About the Role
We’re looking for motivated and committed real estate professionals who want to grow in a structured, deal-driven environment.
At Status Realty, you won’t be working alone, you’ll have access to:
- Verified inventory across Pune
- Backend support (CRM, admin, telecalling)
- An active broker/channel partner network
Your core focus will be converting opportunities into closures.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client inquiries (buy/sell/rent)
- Conduct site visits and client meetings
- Close transactions across:
- Residential sales
- Rentals & leasing
- Resale propertier
- Build and maintain relationships with channel partners
- Maintain follow-ups and basic CRM updates

Who We’re Looking For
- 1–3+ years of experience in real estate sales/broking preferred
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with fieldwork and client interactions
- Self-driven, consistent, and serious about building a career in real estate
Good to Have
- Experience in Pune market (Camp / NIBM / Wanowrie/ Boat Club/ Kalyani Nagar/Koregaon Park)
- Track record of deals closed
- Existing broker/CP network
Compensation
- Performance based commission structure
- Incentives on closures
- No upper earning cap for performers
