*Position:** Telecaller / Customer Relationship Executive

### About the Role
We are looking for **dynamic, confident and career-oriented Telecallers** based in **Delhi NCR**, with strong academic credentials and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate should be comfortable interacting with customers/prospects over the phone and capable of building positive professional relationships.
### Key Responsibilities
* Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products/services.
* Handle incoming enquiries and provide accurate information.
* Understand customer requirements and generate relevant leads.
* Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication.
* Schedule appointments and coordinate with the concerned team.
* Maintain call records, lead status and follow-up details.
* Achieve assigned calling, lead-generation and conversion targets.
* Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach during every interaction.
### Candidate Profile
* **Education:** Graduate preferred; candidates with consistently good academic records will be given preference.
* **Location:** Must be based in **Delhi NCR**.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Good command of **English and Hindi**.
* Confident, articulate and presentable personality.
* Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
* Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM tools.
* Positive attitude, willingness to learn and target-oriented approach.
* Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.
