SakhiGrow is a women-focused platform dedicated to empowering women and girls through digital skills, employment opportunities, entrepreneurship, and creative careers. We are looking for passionate Graphic Designers who can create visually appealing content for our social media, website, marketing campaigns, online courses, and brand promotions.

Key Responsibilities
- Design engaging social media posts, reels covers, story creatives, and carousel posts.
- Create posters, banners, brochures, flyers, certificates, and promotional materials.
- Design branding materials including logos, business cards, and brand kits.
- Create graphics for websites, blogs, and landing pages.
- Design marketing creatives for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and WhatsApp.
- Create product mockups and promotional graphics for women's products and services.
- Design educational materials, presentations, and course thumbnails.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital and print materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to execute campaigns.
- Revise creatives based on feedback and ensure timely delivery. Graphic designers are expected to produce visual concepts that align with brand guidelines while meeting project deadlines.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Canva (Mandatory)
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
- Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design
- Creativity with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Good communication skills in Hindi or English
Preferred Skills
- Experience designing for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Basic video editing knowledge (CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro, etc.)
- Knowledge of AI design tools
- Experience with branding and marketing creatives
- Basic UI/UX understanding is an added advantage
