Project Planning Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities:
· Project Management, Project Scheduling and co-ordination of all projects as per design, Specifications and Quantity survey.
· Co-ordinate with all company departments as required for the execution of the project.
· Amendment and BOQ deviations submitted to Client and get approval.
· Completion of project in time without cost variation
· Having knowledge in making Bill of Materials with zero error and sharing to Purchase department in time.
· Ensure all the relevant information’s like Material Specifications, Edge Code and Customer Delivery Date to be mentioned in the Production Drawing Job Card.
· Preparation of daily, weekly, monthly reports on work progress and evaluating as per the planned schedules.
· Can be able to handle multiple projects parallelly.
· Able to handle the Customer Escalations in Professional ways.
· Conducting Project Kick Off meeting with the respective teams to avoid the missing and having better tracking on the progress of the Project.
Experience and Qualifications:
· Diploma / B.E or B. Tech – Mechanical or Civil / B.Arch. with 10+ years of experience in interior project management across Residence, Hospitality, Commercial, Hotel projects, etc.
· Technically very strong with Project management and Execution.
· Polished Communication skills to interact with Clients.
· Having knowledge Tender quote management
· Knowledge is any Project Management Software is added advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
