Working Days & Timings:
- Monday to Saturday
- Fixed Timings: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Sunday off
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound & outbound calls from students/leads interested in professional courses
- Counsel students regarding course selection based on their background, career goals, and interests
- Explain course details related to Data Science, Data Analytics, Data Engineering, and allied programs
- Follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and CRM
- Convert inquiries into successful admissions
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM
- Coordinate with the academic and marketing team when required
- Attend walk-ins and conduct counselling sessions professionally
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 0-1 years of experience as an Admission Counsellor / Inside Sales Executive
- Strong c*ommunication & convincing skills (English + Hindi mandatory)*
- Basic understanding of Data Science, Data Analytics, Data Engineering courses will be a big advantage.
- Sales mindset with a student-first counselling approach
- Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
- Comfortable with MS Excel, CRM tools, and WhatsApp-based follow-ups
- Graduate in any discipline.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
