Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, taxation, compliance, and audits. The ideal candidate should have a strong accounting background and experience in handling financial records, statutory compliances, and MIS reporting.
Requirements
- Semi-Qualified CA (Articleship completed) or Fresher CA
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Background in CA Firms, Financial Institutions, or Banking Industry
- Age: 24–32 years
- Strong knowledge of Accounting, Taxation, and Compliance
Key Responsibilities
- Perform account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records
- Prepare Balance Sheets, Income Statements, and Financial Statements
- Handle monthly/yearly closing, MIS, and financial reporting
- Review expenses, payroll records, and control accounts
- Manage GST, TDS, PT, PF, and Income Tax filings
- Ensure timely statutory and regulatory compliance
- Assist in internal and statutory audits
- Prepare Statements of Accounts, Bank Submissions, and Financial Reports
- Maintain General Ledger and Accounts Receivable records
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of Accounting Principles and Financial Reporting
- Advanced Excel and MIS Reporting skills
- Knowledge of Companies Act, IGAAP, and Ind AS
- Experience with SAP or any ERP software
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Experience working with listed companies will be an added advantage
