Hiring: Quality Manager – Solar EPC
Location: Pune (Head Office)
Experience: 8–10 Years
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical / Civil Engineering
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities for utility-scale ground-mounted solar EPC projects.
- Develop and implement project-specific Quality Plans, ITPs, checklists, and quality procedures.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, client requirements, and applicable IS/IEC standards.
- Review and approve material inspection reports, test certificates, and vendor quality documents.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Project Execution, and Client QA/QC teams.
- Conduct quality audits at manufacturing units, suppliers, and project sites.
- Monitor construction quality for Civil, MMS, Electrical, and Commissioning activities.
- Identify quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective/preventive actions.
- Manage NCRs, punch points, and ensure timely closure.
- Ensure proper documentation for project handover and commissioning.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of utility-scale solar PV project quality requirements.
- Experience in inspection and quality control of:
- Solar modules and MMS
- Civil works (piling, foundations, roads, drainage, trenches)
- DC/AC cable laying and termination
- Inverters, transformers, HT/LT panels, switchgear
- Earthing and lightning protection
- Testing & commissioning activities
- Knowledge of QA/QC documentation, ITP, MIR, RFI, NCR, and method statements.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
- Good communication, reporting, and team management skills.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in utility-scale ground-mounted solar EPC projects (100 MW and above).
- Experience handling client/consultant quality audits.
- Knowledge of SECI, NTPC, SJVN, MSEDCL, and other utility project quality requirements will be an advantage.
- Ability to lead quality teams across multiple project sites.

Pay: ₹46,000.00 - ₹58,000.00 per month
