Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk & Client Handling:
- Welcome clients, visitors, and guests in a professional and courteous manner
- Manage incoming calls, screen and direct them to the appropriate team member
- Schedule client meetings and coordinate appointments for partners/lawyers
- Maintain visitor logs while ensuring client confidentiality at all times
Administrative Support:
- Assist in preparing, formatting, and filing documents (as required)
- Manage and organize physical and digital case files and records Handle confidential information with utmost discretion
- Support lawyers with basic administrative tasks Office & Operations Coordination: Coordinate meeting room bookings for client consultations and internal meetings
- Manage office supplies and liaise with vendors and service providers
- Handle/manage courier, dispatches, and document deliveries Ensure reception, office and client areas are well-maintained and presentable
Communication & Coordination:
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth office functioning
- Provide administrative support to HR/Admin
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline 3–6 years of experience in front desk or administrative roles (preferably in a professional services environment)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- High level of professionalism and client-service orientation
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Multitasking and time management Attention to detail
