The HR Generalist will be responsible for providing comprehensive Human Resources support and services to employees and management. This role is critical in fostering a positive work environment, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and supporting the company's strategic HR initiatives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances.
- Facilitate conflict resolution and mediate disputes between employees whenever necessary.
- Provide counsel and support to managers/supervisors on company HR policies, policy application, operations, and Human Resource needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and job specifications.
- Coordinate the onboarding process, including conducting orientation sessions and facilitating new hire documentation.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment laws, labour laws, health and safety, compensation, organizational development, performance management, training, relocation, and recruitment.
- Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Generate HR reports and metrics to support management decision-making.
- Ensure data confidentiality and security.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
- Organize employee wellness programs and activities to promote a healthy and productive workforce.
Desired Candidate Profile
Must Have
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 8-10 years of experience.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience with a strong focus on HR Generalist functions.
- Proven experience in handling employee grievances and HR policies.
- In-depth working knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and HR best practices.
- Working experience of Payroll and HR Applications.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

- Post Graduate (HR preferred).

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
