Job Description: E-commerce & Digital Marketing Executive

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented E-commerce & Digital Marketing Executive to manage online sales platforms and support digital marketing activities. The candidate will be responsible for managing e-commerce operations, product listings, online promotions, and digital campaigns to improve brand visibility and sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update product listings on e-commerce platforms
- Handle product catalog creation, pricing, descriptions, images, and inventory updates
- Manage marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, IndiaMART, etc.
- Monitor orders, returns, cancellations, and customer queries
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and dispatch
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns
- Handle social media platforms and create engaging content
- Manage basic SEO, Google Ads, and online marketing activities
- Track campaign performance and prepare reports
- Analyze sales data and suggest improvements for better performance
- Coordinate with designers/content team for creatives and promotions
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
- 1–2 years of experience in E-commerce & Digital Marketing
- Good knowledge of online marketplaces and digital marketing tools
- Basic understanding of SEO, Google Ads, and social media marketing
- Good communication skills (written & verbal)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Basic knowledge of Excel is required
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
