Job Title: Computer Operator

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Computer Operator to manage data entry, documentation, system updates, and basic office computer operations. The candidate should have good typing speed, accuracy, and knowledge of MS Office.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update data in system/software
- Maintain records and documentation
- Prepare reports using MS Excel
- Handle emails and basic correspondence
- Manage printing, scanning, and filing
- Maintain office databases
- Coordinate with different departments for data collection
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of information
Key Skills Required
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Good typing speed (minimum 30–40 WPM)
- Basic knowledge of Tally/ERP (if applicable)
- Attention to detail
- Basic troubleshooting of computer issues
- Good communication skills
