Job Description:
We are looking for a Billing & Logistics Executive (Fresher) to join our operations team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage billing for Goods Transport Agency (GTA) services
- Work with MS Excel to record and maintain billing data and transaction details
- Handle daily transportation documentation and operations tasks
- Coordinate with the operations team for dispatch and delivery updates
- Assist in basic customer communication related to billing and transport status
- Ensure timely and accurate generation of invoices
- Maintain organized records of bills, PODs (Proof of Delivery), and reports
Requirements:
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Excel
- Interest in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations
- Good communication and data entry skills
- Willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks
- Freshers are welcome – No prior experience needed
- Knowledge of billing is a plus (but not mandatory – training will be provided)
