We are looking for a motivated and responsible IT Assistant to support daily technical operations and provide basic networking and system support.
Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining computer systems and hardware
- Support basic networking and internet troubleshooting
- Install and update software applications
- Monitor system performance and resolve minor technical issues
- Provide technical support to staff when required
- Maintain records of systems and IT equipment
Requirements
- B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering (CSE) or related field
- Basic networking knowledge required
- Good problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software
- Good communication and teamwork skills
