MiFe HR Services is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional with experience in both Recruitment and Business Development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on exposure in IT & Non-IT hiring along with client acquisition and relationship management. We are looking for someone who is innovative, market-aware, sharp-minded, creative, and capable of bringing new ideas and business opportunities to the organization.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT & Non-IT positions
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and social media
- Screen profiles and coordinate interviews
- Understand client requirements and deliver quality candidates within timelines
- Maintain candidate database and follow-ups till joining
- Generate new business opportunities for recruitment services
- Connect with companies and HR professionals for staffing requirements
- Build strong client relationships and manage closures
- Achieve monthly recruitment and business targets
- Understand market trends and identify new hiring/business opportunities
- Bring innovative ideas and creative approaches for business growth
Required Skills:
- Experience in IT & Non-IT Recruitment
- Business Development / Client Handling experience
- Strong market understanding and networking skills
- Innovative thinker with a sharp and creative mindset
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of LinkedIn hiring and job portals
