Job Description
Role and Responsibilities
Assist trainers in conducting sessions for government school teachers and students
● Coordinate and manage logistics for training and classroom sessions
● Maintain attendance records and generate weekly reports
● Facilitate weekly peer learning sessions with teachers
● Support development of training content and school curriculum
● Deliver engaging learning modules to students in a child-friendly manner
(physical/digital)
● Liaise with teachers and government officials to build strong relationships
● Track the impact of programs through classroom observations and data collection
● Collaborate with internal teams and volunteers for innovative program delivery
● Support other projects and initiatives of the foundation
● Represent Pehlay Akshar Foundation on-ground and uphold its mission and values
