To manage & ensure 100% target achievement for Regional Modern Trade (RMT) Customers Assigned to him & ensure operational efficiencies in his are pertaining to servicing store & developing/maintaining relations with Store & regional category office. Develop RMT trade like Modern Trade business with focus on offtake from stores
- KAM is responsible for the strategy and execution of the accounts assigned to him/her with proper linking listing, to achieve yearly targets & making the overall business profitable.
- Communicate & manage customer`s expectations like offer requirements, competitor activity to ZSM
- Keeping track of Target Achievement by monitoring orders received through ARS.
- Joint business plan with trade (yearly targets and offers, Marketing inputs) Coordination with trade marketing on requirment of trade & ensure implementation
- Maintaining MIS – Assortment list of various accounts, Off take Sales, Fill rates, Supervisor wise, Account wise target achievement details
- Monitoring stock level & ensuring no overstocking or lower sales against available stock at store.
- Keeping track of Scheme Budget used against budget & amount for which claims received.
- Keeping track of Trade O/s with Distributor & assisting them in getting same cleared with trade
- Resolving operational issues pertaining to account/deliveries by coordinating with various departments.

- Working as Key Account Executive or similar role with other brand at least 5-8 years of experience
- Awareness about overall process followed by trade
