Technical Architect (Python)
We are looking for a highly capable Hands-On Python Technical Lead who can drive end-to-end customer project delivery, from presales solutioning and architecture design to production deployment and support. The ideal candidate should bring strong Python backend expertise, cloud architecture knowledge, presales consulting experience, and leadership skills. This role involves engaging with customers during solution discussions, preparing technical proposals, defining scalable architectures, leading engineering teams, and ensuring high-quality project delivery.
Qualifications
- Design and lead development of scalable backend systems using Python and Django.

8+ years of experience in Python development.

Strong expertise in Django and REST API development.

Experience building scalable backend systems and microservices.

Strong knowledge of system design, scalability, and performance optimization.

Experience integrating AI/ML or LLM-based solutions.

Proven experience in solution architecture and enterprise application design.

Hands-on experience in presales, solution consulting, estimations, and proposal creation.
