We are looking for a highly strategic and result-driven leader to spearhead our franchise expansion across India.
Role Objective
The Franchise Sales Head will be responsible for leading the franchise sales function, driving aggressive expansion, and building a strong pipeline of high-quality franchise partners. This role involves strategic planning, team leadership, and end-to-end ownership of franchise sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Franchise Sales Strategy: Develop and execute national-level franchise sales strategies to achieve aggressive expansion targets.
- Lead Generation & Conversion: Build and manage strong lead pipelines through digital channels, brokers, events, and partnerships.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the franchise sales team to achieve targets and improve conversion rates.
- Sales Closure & Negotiation: Oversee high-value deal closures, negotiate terms, and finalize franchise agreements.
- Market Expansion: Identify high-potential markets and drive expansion across Tier 1, Tier 2, and emerging cities.
- Performance Monitoring: Track sales KPIs, conversion ratios, and ROI metrics to optimize performance.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance teams for seamless franchise onboarding.
- Brand Representation: Act as a key ambassador of the brand in investor meetings, expos, and industry events.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 8-15 years of experience in franchise sales, business development, or expansion roles (F&B/Retail experience strongly preferred).
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Proven track record of achieving aggressive sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Strategic thinking and market analysis expertise.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or Management (MBA preferred).

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
