About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Payroll Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience processing payroll using payroll software and be comfortable working during US business hours. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing while maintaining confidentiality and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Process payroll accurately using payroll software.
- Review employee timesheets, attendance, and payroll data.
- Calculate wages, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
- Verify payroll information and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain employee payroll records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Work closely with HR and Finance teams to ensure timely payroll processing.
- Generate payroll reports and assist with audits.
- Respond to payroll-related employee inquiries.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience processing payroll using payroll software.
- Hands-on experience with payroll platforms.
- Strong understanding of payroll processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills.
- Willingness to work permanent night shifts aligned with US time zones.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with US payroll is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with payroll taxes, deductions, and compliance.
- Experience working with HRIS or time-tracking systems is a plus.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
