Job Description
- Proactively identify and generate new sales opportunities through outbound calls and following up on inbound inquiries.
- Manage the sales pipeline efficiently using a CRM system, ensuring timely follow-ups, negotiating terms and closing sales to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Conduct product demonstrations (phone/online) when required.
Qualifications
- Freshers with good knowledge about digital media industry is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a clear, pleasant speaking voice.
- Strong ability to build rapport quickly over the phone and handle rejection professionally.
- Comfortable working with CRM software, databases, and standard office technology.
- Persistent, goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a structured, fast-paced environment
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
