Job Summary
IP COURIER AND LOGISTICS PVT LTD. is looking for an experienced and motivated E-commerce Sales Executive to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with e-commerce clients and driving business growth for courier and logistics services.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with e-commerce sellers and online business clients
- Manage and support clients selling on Amazon, Flipkart and Meesho
- Generate new business opportunities through calls, emails and online platforms
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Explain courier and logistics solutions to customers based on their business needs
- Follow up with prospective clients and close sales deals
- Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals
- Maintain records of sales activities and customer interactions
- Coordinate with operations and support teams for smooth client servicing
Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of experience in E-commerce Sales.
- Experience handling Amazon, Flipkart and Meesho seller accounts preferred
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Basic computer knowledge and email handling skills
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach
