An Admin Manager (or Administrative Services Manager) is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of an office or organisation to ensure maximum workplace efficiency, seamless communication, and full policy compliance. They lead the administrative team, manage facility logistics, and coordinate resources across multiple departments so that core business activities can run without interruption.
Team Leadership & Supervision
- Recruit and onboard: Interviewing, hiring, and training new administrative personnel.
- Delegate tasks: Assigning clerical, front-desk, and data entry duties to staff.
- Evaluate performance: Conducting regular performance reviews and offering constructive feedback.
- Enforce policies: Ensuring the internal admin team adheres to company regulations and guidelines.
Workplace & Facilities Management
- Maintain facilities: Supervising office maintenance, repairs, and technical equipment upkeep.
- Allocate space: Coordinating office layouts, desk bookings, and meeting room allocations.
- Manage safety: Developing emergency preparedness guidelines and coordinating security protocols.
- Organise events: Planning company functions, conferences, and internal activities.
Inventory & Procurement
- Track stock: Monitoring the usage and remaining inventory of general office supplies.
- Source materials: Ordering new materials, devices, or furniture while matching business requirements.
- Manage vendors: Building relationships, negotiating agreements, and holding external contractors accountable.
Financial & Data Administration
- Prepare budgets: Monitoring administrative department expenses and costs to help outline annual budgets.
- Record bookkeeping: Reviewing and processing basic vendor invoices, bills, and purchase requests.
- Secure data: Structuring physical and digital filing frameworks to safeguard crucial company records.
- Report metrics: Creating expense, operations, and productivity summaries for review by senior management.
Cross-Departmental Coordination
- Liaise communications: Connecting the admin department directly with executive management and external stakeholders.
- Manage logistics: Arranging business travel plans, itineraries, and transport desks for employee transit.
- Distribute updates: Sharing details regarding corporate changes, regulatory shifts, and project deadlines
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
