Job Title: Assembly Technician – Panel Board Manufacturing
Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Assembly Technicians to join our team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in electrical panel board assembly and be capable of assembling, wiring, and inspecting panels while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble electrical panel boards according to engineering drawings and specifications.
- Mount and install electrical components, busbars, wiring, and accessories.
- Perform mechanical assembly and electrical wiring of control and power panels.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and assembly instructions.
- Inspect assembled panels to ensure quality and compliance with company standards.
- Perform basic testing and troubleshooting of assembled panels, as required.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments safely and effectively.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Report material shortages, defects, or production issues to the supervisor.
- Follow company quality, safety, and production procedures.
- Perform any other duties related to panel board assembly as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications & Experience
- ITI (Electrician/Fitter), Diploma in Electrical/Electronics, or an equivalent technical qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in electrical panel board assembly is mandatory.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.
- Good knowledge of electrical components, panel wiring, and assembly techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary
₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)
