Location Ahmedabad

Qualification BE/BTech in Computer Engineering or Computer Science or MCA orMBA would be added advantage.

Experience required

Minimum 15 years of experience. Should have atleast 7-8 years’ of
experience in software solutions project delivery and management in E-
Governance/E-Municipality/E-District domain. Handling of GIS
technology/ERP projects would be an added advantage.Experience of
delivery of large scale System Integration projects is mandatory.

Critical skills required

Project management certification such as PMP/ITIL/Prince2 Knowledge of ERP, workflow systems in government domain is

preferable. Handled multiple SI projects simultaneouslywith multiple vendor

engagements. Implementation of CMMI processes. Demonstrated ability to develop and introduce innovations to

project management. Should be able to take all stakeholders together and make

inroads to influence them positively. Excellent organizational and planning skills, with an ability to

multitask in a busy environment with multiple contacts. Demonstrated leadership & team management skills but also an

ability to work productively in teams building cohesive
environments.

Good understanding of finances and budgets. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

The Head of Software Project Delivery will be responsible for ensuring that all software solutions
projects implemented by organisation are delivered to high quality in a timely fashion, with effective
financial and team management.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Ensure the effective delivery of all company projects from contract negotiations through to
submission of final outputs and delivery of projects including:- Establish Scope, Monitor, Review & Measure (project auditing) Project deliverables.- Define scope for Vendors in respect to Project requirements, Analyze gaps and plan

mitigations.- Subcontractor management, multivendor system integration.- Coordination of all contractual/SLA matters with clients, Coordination of project teams (Eg.
relationship management with external stakeholders/vendors/Consultant, finalizing and
managing the team as per their subcontracts and ensuring deliverables are achieved on
time and to a high standard)- Logistical coordination as required on each project

Support with any other project related tasks as required, Eg formatting of final reports,

coordination of research support activities etc.- Plan Project communication and establish it effectively. Prepare mechanism of periodic
reporting to the clients/stakeholder on project progress.- Pro-active management of project budgets, Cashflow, invoicing to clients and payments to
Stakeholders/vendors/suppliers- Procurement within each project, ensuring maximum value for money.- Liaison with the technical lead on each project

Develop and manage a Project Delivery Team, delivering high performance and a strongly
motivated team.

Ensure implementation of project management processes (SDLC/Agile), systems and tools
throughout the organisation.

Liaison with the Business Development and Techno Commercial team in the development of
budgets for projects

Ensure that consultants are given effective support and develop a strong allegiance to
Pathways.

Acts as SPOC between Client, Vendors, and Management.
