Role Overview
We are looking for a Growth Marketing Executive who can drive customer acquisition, lead generation and revenue growth across paid and organic channels. This role goes beyond campaign execution and requires ownership of lead generation, performance marketing, SEO, analytics and growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Media Management
- Plan, execute and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
- Manage budgets, bidding strategies and audience targeting
- Build retargeting and remarketing campaigns
- Monitor CPL, CPA, CAC, ROAS and ROI
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences and landing pages
B2B Lead Generation
- Generate qualified leads for General Trade, Private Label, Hotels, Hospitals and Institutional Sales
- Manage LinkedIn lead generation campaigns
- Support lead nurturing and funnel optimization
- Coordinate with sales teams for lead quality improvement
Ecommerce Growth
- Drive traffic and sales for Shopify website
- Support product launches and promotional campaigns
- Analyze customer journeys and conversion funnels
- Improve website conversion rates and user experience
SEO and Organic Marketing
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
- Optimize website content and landing pages
- Monitor Google Search Console performance
- Support technical SEO implementation
- Improve organic traffic and rankings
Analytics and Reporting
- Track performance across all marketing channels
- Create dashboards and monthly performance reports
- Analyze campaign performance and customer behavior
- Present actionable insights and recommendations
Collaboration
- Work closely with content, design, sales and operations teams
- Coordinate campaign execution across channels
- Support marketplace and ecommerce growth initiatives

Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, Digital Marketing or related field. Google Ads, Meta Ads, Analytics and SEO certifications are preferred.
Preferred Industry Experience
Ecommerce, D2C Brands, FMCG, Consumer Products, B2B Lead Generation, Quick Commerce.
Language Skills
Strong written and verbal English, Professional communication skills, Hindi preferred.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
