Project Manager Description Description: Lead the planning, governance, and successful delivery of One Maximo deployments, enhancements, support initiatives, and other enterprise IT projects across global sites. The Project Manager is accountable for driving projects from initiation through completion by coordinating cross-functional teams, managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, and stakeholder expectations while ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and global standards. In addition to supporting the One Maximo program, this role will provide project management expertise across other strategic digital transformation, infrastructure, application, and operational excellence initiatives as business priorities evolve. This is an outcome-driven role requiring ownership, leadership, and proactive execution rather than project coordination alone. Key Accountabilities Deliver One Maximo implementation, enhancement, and support projects successfully across global sites. Lead project governance, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure for multiple concurrent initiatives. Support delivery of enterprise IT and business transformation projects beyond the One Maximo program. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality expectations. Maintain visibility of project health through proactive management of risks, issues, dependencies, and changes. Drive stakeholder engagement, executive communication, and cross-functional collaboration. Ensure successful transition from project delivery into operational support. Core Responsibilities Project Delivery Lead end-to-end delivery of One Maximo implementation, rollout, upgrade, support, and enhancement projects. Manage additional enterprise IT initiatives including application implementations, infrastructure projects, digital transformation, and process improvement programs as assigned. Develop integrated project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource plans. Coordinate activities across Business, IT, Infrastructure, Validation, Quality, Vendors, and Support teams. Balance competing priorities across multiple concurrent projects while ensuring successful delivery. Project Governance Establish and maintain effective project governance aligned with organizational PMO standards. Facilitate project kickoff meetings, governance reviews, steering committee meetings, and executive updates. Maintain RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies) logs and ensure timely mitigation. Manage project financials including budgets, forecasts, resource utilization, and variance reporting. Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and organizational governance frameworks. One Maximo Program Support Coordinate deployment of new sites into the One Maximo platform. Ensure alignment with One Maximo Global Standards (OMX GSOPs). Support deployment readiness, cutover planning, hypercare, and operational transition. Partner with technical teams to ensure successful validation, data migration, testing, and user adoption. Monitor project progress and remove delivery obstacles proactively. Enterprise Project Support Support planning and execution of strategic enterprise initiatives outside the Maximo landscape. Manage projects involving business applications, infrastructure, cloud migration, system integrations, automation, and operational improvements. Apply consistent project management standards and governance across all assigned initiatives. Collaborate with business leaders to prioritize project portfolios and optimize resource allocation. Stakeholder Management Build trusted relationships with business leaders, IT teams, vendors, and global stakeholders. Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans clearly and proactively. Facilitate cross-functional decision-making and resolve delivery conflicts. Escalate critical issues appropriately while maintaining project momentum. Risk, Change & Quality Management Identify, assess, and manage project risks throughout the project lifecycle. Control project scope through structured change management processes. Ensure quality deliverables and adherence to internal standards and regulatory requirements where applicable. Support audit readiness and project documentation compliance. Continuous Improvement Drive continuous improvement of project delivery methodologies, governance processes, and reporting standards. Capture lessons learned and implement best practices across future initiatives. Promote standardization, efficiency, and knowledge sharing across project teams. Support long-term digital transformation and enterprise application strategies. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline. 8+ years of project management experience delivering enterprise IT projects. Experience managing IBM Maximo, Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), CMMS, or similar enterprise application implementations. Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects within global organizations. Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams. Strong understanding of project governance, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management. Experience working in regulated environments (Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical, or similar) is preferred. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting enterprise digital transformation initiatives. Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITIL) principles. Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project delivery methodologies. Familiarity with cloud technologies, enterprise applications, and systems integration projects. Portfolio or PMO experience is an advantage.
