Job Summary:
The Sales Executive is responsible for handling walk-in customers, generating sales, taking orders, coordinating with the florist team, and ensuring excellent customer service in the flower shop.
Key Responsibilities:
· Attend to walk-in customers and understand their flower and gifting requirements.
· Promote and sell bouquets, floral arrangements, garlands, and gift items.
· Handle phone and WhatsApp enquiries and convert them into sales.
· Suggest suitable flower combinations and designs based on customer needs and budget.
· Prepare order details and coordinate with florists for timely preparation.
· Ensure proper billing and payment collection.
· Maintain records of daily sales and customer orders.
· Coordinate with delivery staff for timely dispatch of orders.
· Maintain cleanliness and proper display of flowers and shop products.
· Handle customer complaints and resolve basic issues politely.
· Support promotional offers and seasonal sales (festivals, Valentine’s Day, weddings, etc.).
· Assist in stock checking and reporting low inventory to the store manager.
· Perform any other duties assigned related to shop sales and customer service.
Skills & Competencies:
· Good communication and customer handling skills.
· Sales and persuasion ability.
· Basic computer knowledge (billing system, Excel, WhatsApp).
· Presentable and polite personality.
· Ability to work under pressure during peak business hours.
Qualifications & Experience:
· Minimum: Graduate preferred
· 1–3 years of experience in retail sales (preferably in flower shop, gift shop, or boutique).
· Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
Working Conditions:
· Willingness to work on weekends, holidays, and during festive seasons.
· Ability to stand for long hours and interact continuously with customers.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
