We are looking for a dynamic E-commerce & Operations Executive with hands-on experience in Shopify, e-commerce operations, CRM, and order management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize the Shopify store.
- Oversee day-to-day e-commerce operations, including order processing, inventory coordination, and customer support.
- Manage CRM and customer engagement activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams and logistics partners to ensure smooth operations.
Prepare reports and identify opportunities to improve sales and operational efficiency
