Role Overview:
The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound client interactions, explaining financial advisory services, and converting prospects into clients. This is a target-driven role, focused on conversion and onboarding, ensuring that clients receive the best services while fostering long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Understand clients' evolving financial needs and provide appropriate support.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and long-term engagement.
- Coordinate with financial advisors and operations teams to ensure timely service delivery.
- Identify ethical cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Maintain detailed client records and interaction history in CRM.
- Encourage referrals by building and nurturing strong client relationships.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- MBA in Finance
- Strong understanding of financial advisory, planning, investments, and basic taxation principles.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Client-centric and solution-oriented mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a similar domain (AMCs, Advisory Companies, Wealth Management Firms).
- CFA or CFP certification.
Pay: ₹20,308.10 - ₹25,770.18 per month
