Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect finished products and ensure compliance with customer quality requirements.
- Improve production efficiency, reduce rework, and achieve daily production targets.
- Communicate with customers regarding orders, quality concerns, and delivery schedules.
- Manage manpower, allocate work effectively, and monitor shop floor activities.
- Maintain production, quality, job tracking, and store inventory reports on a regular basis.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Production, Manufacturing, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in production and quality management in a manufacturing industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of production planning, quality control, inventory management, and reporting systems.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
