About the Role:
We are looking for a Social Media Expert who can independently manage content planning, execution, and automation for multiple client accounts. The ideal candidate should be hands-on with content calendars, platform management, and modern AI + automation tools to improve efficiency and performance.
Plan and execute monthly content calendars for multiple clients
Create engaging captions, hooks, and post copies
Schedule and publish content using tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite
Manage and grow platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, and FacebookCoordinate with designers and video editors for creatives and reels
Monitor engagement, respond to messages, and manage community interactions
Track performance metrics and prepare basic reports
Stay updated with trends and suggest content ideas
- AI & Automation Responsibilities:-
Set up social media, WhatsApp, and email automations
Use ChatGPT for content and ideation
Build workflows using Zapier
2+ years of experience managing social media accounts (agency experience preferred)
Proven ability to create and manage content calendars independently
Strong copywriting and communication skills
Hands-on experience with scheduling and analytics tools
Working knowledge of AI tools and automation workflows (mandatory)
Experience in setting up social media, WhatsApp, and email automations
Ability to manage multiple clients and meet deadlines.
