Centre Head – Operations (Healthcare)
Location: Mumbai
Salary: ₹40,000/month + Performance Incentives

You will own operations, revenue, and team performance—ensuring high-quality patient service while consistently meeting revenue and margin targets.
This is a hands-on execution role, not a desk job.
What You’ll Do
Own Centre Operations
- Manage end-to-end service delivery: lead → onboarding → execution → follow-up
- Ensure SOP adherence, patient safety, and service quality
- Handle escalations and ensure quick resolution
Drive Revenue & Margins
- Achieve monthly revenue targets
- Maintain good margin per case
- Track unit economics (revenue, cost, profit per case)
Lead the Team
- Manage call centre, sales, and field staff
- Drive conversions, productivity, and accountability
- Hire, train, and retain team members
Improve Conversions & Growth
- Monitor leads, response times, and closures
- Build local referral networks (doctors, RWAs, corporates)
- Identify new revenue opportunities
Track Performance
- Monitor KPIs: revenue, margins, conversions, patient satisfaction
- Maintain MIS and take corrective actions
Who Should Apply
Must-Have
- 3–7 years in healthcare operations / hospital / home healthcare
- Experience managing teams and targets
- Strong execution and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable with numbers, MIS, and basic P&L
Good to Have
- Home healthcare / diagnostics experience
- CRM or call centre tools experience
- Local market connections
