Job Responsibilities:
- Handle employee attendance and leave records on a daily basis
- Assist in monthly payroll processing
- Maintain employee data and payroll-related documentation
- Work on Spine HRMS for attendance and payroll activities
- Coordinate with HR and Accounts teams for payroll inputs
- Resolve employee queries related to attendance and salary
Requirements:
- Experience in payroll and attendance management
- Knowledge of Spine HRMS
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Basic understanding of statutory compliance and salary processing
Industry Preference : Logistics / Freight Forwarding / Supply Chain
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
