- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Structural Engineering / Construction Technology or related discipline.
- Fresh graduates (0–1 year) or candidates with up to 3 years of relevant experience are welcome.
- Basic understanding of construction methods, structural principles, and building materials.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, or similar design tools (preferred).
- Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
